If for any reason during the 30-day trial period you are dissatisfied with the Program, simply call customer service at 561-237-5528, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will receive your RMA via email once our customer service department has identified your eligibility for a return under our policy. If you return your product without a RMA number you will not be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
