Eating for permanent weight loss should not involve starving yourself or needing to buy special food. If you try to lose weight this way, and many of us have, we end up eventually having trouble translating healthy habits into everyday life.
For you to survive, food is necessary. At the same time, less food is required to lose weight. Finding the way to do balance both is what sends most people into a frenzy on a regular basis.
